The Town Crier Trophy!

John Robinson (our gigantic school governor and saviour of the centuries old Biddulph Town Crier tradition) kindly heralds the start of our concerts every year with a massive bellow, the ring of a bell and a Heaney-esque line of poetry. This year John has created a new award, the Town Crier Trophy, to recognise the achievements of the young people who have contributed the most to the local community in the last academic year. The lucky winners will also receive a ticket to Alton Towers and their own individual trophy.  We are so grateful to our lovely John who always puts a shine on our concerts!!
